Hilton Expands All-Inclusive and Luxury Beachfront Resort Portfolio in Mexico

McLean, Virginia – Leading global hospitality company, Hilton (NYSE: HLT), announced today the signing of three managed resorts in Mexico, furthering the company’s all-inclusive and luxury expansion plans: Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive ResortHilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort and the luxurious Conrad Tulum. The newest additions to the company’s portfolio showcase Hilton’s deep-rooted commitment to growing its unrivaled offerings in Mexico, where Hilton has more than 70 hotels open and more than 30 in the development pipeline.

A development by Parks Hospitality and owned by Fibra UNO, Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort is expected to convert in Q4 2021. Situated between the beaches of the Bay of Banderas and the majestic Sierra Madres Mountain, the 444-room AAA Four Diamond award-winning resort features a picturesque private beach, two glistening pools, full-service spa, fitness center, six craft cocktail bars, and seven specialty restaurants offering a variety of cuisine including Asian, Italian and Mexican flavors, as well as seafood and tapas options. Catering to the evolving needs of today’s business traveler, the resort offers nearly 26,000 square feet divided with 13,000 square feet of outdoor event space and 13,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space.

Owned and developed by Parks Hospitality, Conrad Tulum and Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort are anticipated to join the Hilton portfolio in Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 respectively. The distinctly unique hotels will each provide guests with a brand-exclusive experience featuring world-class dining and extensive recreation options, while offering visitors access to shared amenities including a meetings and events complex and a state-of-art spa.

Nestled among verdant tropical vegetation, overlooking the Caribbean Sea’s turquoise waters, and situated on an expansive stretch of beach, the new-build 349-room luxurious Conrad Tulum will be Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ first hotel in Quintana Roo on the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Located near one of the best-preserved Mayan sites in Mexico, the property will provide a secluded haven for travelers featuring a bold design aesthetic inspired by Tulum’s lush landscape, picturesque beaches, and surrounding nature reserves. In addition to elegantly appointed rooms, the new hotel’s selection of accommodations will feature contemporary and sophisticated master suites, governor suites and presidential suites. Guests can choose from seven world-class restaurants and bars featuring an array of cuisine options from Mediterranean and Asian to a special Chef Table’s dining experience and relax and unwind in five pools. The 735-room oceanfront Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort will introduce travelers to an upscale and elevated all-inclusive experience in this sought-after destination. Set to boast unrestricted views of the picturesque waters of the Caribbean Sea, the resort will offer seven dining experiences featuring international cuisine, an expansive multiple pool complex with a waterpark, and a secluded beach.

In addition to the variety of dining and recreation options at the luxurious Conrad Tulum or Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort, all guests at either hotel will have access to a 21,500-plus square foot spa, with 16 treatment rooms and a pool, in a private and quiet area surrounded by tropical resort grounds. Guests visiting for meetings or events will have access to a 55,000 square foot convention center and an auditorium that seats up to 400 people.

The architectural narrative of W Muscat immerses guests in the concept of exploration and the illustrious storytelling tradition of the nomadic Bedouin traveler. Its striking design is inspired by the diverse and vibrant natural locale – from the rugged mountain range to the vast Omani desert, the sparkling bay to the azure waters of the Arabian Sea. Welcoming guests upon arrival is a striking, nine-ton frankincense tree sculpture designed by renowned artist Pongsatat Uaiklang that pays tribute to Omani culture. Standing at an impressive 10 meters tall, the piece is made of solid stainless steel, welded from 28 winding pieces. In traditional Omani culture, frankincense was used to bless and welcome weary travelers after their long journeys. In that same tradition, guests are then ushered into the inviting Living Room (W’s signature take on the lobby) where they can relax and unwind in an Arabic Majlis, beneath an oversized installation of the Omani Kummas, chic headgears that are unmistakable marks of the Omani attire. Hit Escape
All of the 279 guestrooms and suites at W Muscat provide uninterrupted views of the glistening blue water, with their design drawing inspiration from the ocean as well as the asymmetrical lines of the nearby mountains, caves and desert. These are contrasted with art deco detailing, reminiscent of traditional Omani charm. Asymmetrical corridors across the floors depict an artistic theme of ‘every girl has a story’ through locally commissioned holographic artworks depicting a female perspective of power, love, peace and beauty. Designed for an extra spacious and edgy stay is the EWOW suite (the brand’s take on the traditional Presidential Suite) which features subtle Arabic characteristics with a distinctive W edge. The corner Majlis seating showcases a Zanzibar-inspired print, a nod to the Omani Kumma or headgear, set against an inviting coffee table in celebration of Arabic coffee or Qahwa. The ceiling features tilted white paneling, evoking the intimacy of relaxing inside a tent. A saddle-like leather chair, bold mustard yellow stool, and faux fur wall are inspired by horse or camelback travel. Stacked luggage trunks comprise the MIXBAR (the W spin on the minibar) while a trunk closet lined with exotic silk links back to the narrative of the nomad.

LAS VEGAS, January 28, 2019 – Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR), the world’s most diversified casino-entertainment company today announced plans to open Caesars Republic Scottsdale, its first non-gaming hotel in the United States, as part of its plan to expand its brands and loyalty network through its licensing strategy.

Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be located adjacent to the region’s premier luxury retail destination, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and will be a four-star hotel developed by HCW Development and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality. Caesars Entertainment will license its brand, advise on design elements and integrate the industry’s leading loyalty network Total Rewards.

This modern 11 story glass structure with 266 rooms will be developed at the intersection of North Goldwater and East Highland Avenue. This high-profile location will allow the Caesars Republic Scottsdale guests the ability to walk to the state’s most elegant mall.

The interior décor will feature rich textures and strong architecture, juxtaposing soft curves and bold accents in a chic and classy lobby, with designs curated throughout the guest rooms. The first-floor bar will be the spot for an after-work cocktail or glass of wine after a day of shopping. The signature restaurant will feature a sophisticated, high-energy environment that will synergize with surrounding trade areas, catering to both locals and hotel guests alike. There will be an abundance of outdoor seating on the patio with fantastic views of Camelback Mountain. In addition, there will be a coffee shop, ideal for a casual business breakfast or as a grab-and-go option for those on the run.

The guest room experience will set the standard for rooms and amenities in Scottsdale. In addition to the mixture of kings, double queens, one and two-bedroom suites, the hotel will also feature a bridal suite, and on the 11th floor, five luxury entertainment suites. On the second floor, there are five breakout rooms which will accommodate up to 40 people each or can be opened for events up to 200. The second-floor executive board room is capable of seating 16 at a permanent table.

Caesars Republic Scottsdale will house a 7,000-square foot column-free ballroom with 34-foot sliding glass doors which open out onto the adjacent lawn, suitable for outdoor events for up to 600 people. The ballroom is divisible into four sections and can accommodate banquets up to 500. The ballroom’s LED lighting system will allow event organizers to customize the look and feel of their event with the ability to change the ceiling color.  Additionally, the ballroom will feature a cutting-edge sound, internet and audio-visual system.

The most stunning part of Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be the 7th floor, encompassing a rooftop pool and bar – the only rooftop pool in Scottsdale – featuring breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain.  The pool will host activities such as yoga at 9 and champagne at 11. The rooftop bar will feature specialty drinks by HCW’s award-winning mixologist. There will be weekend brunches and lively afternoon energy year-round. This area will also serve as private event space for exclusive groups or company events. Adjacent to the pool will be the hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center.
