Southwest Airlines Company<\/strong>\u00a0(NYSE: LUV<\/a>) today announced the flexibility and value of Southwest Airlines\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0now benefits both visitors and hometown travelers booking late spring and summer travel to\u00a0Destin\u2013Fort Walton Beach Airport\u00a0(VPS) in\u00a0Florida\u00a0and\u00a0Bozeman\u00a0Yellowstone International Airport\u00a0(BZN) in\u00a0Montana. Southwest\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0service to both destinations begins in May 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beginning May 6, 2021, Southwest will commence service to an 11th<\/sup>\u00a0airport in the Sunshine State, bringing a third option for beachcombers to access the\u00a0Florida\u00a0panhandle. Southwest Customers will be able to fly nonstop between\u00a0Destin\/Ft. Walton Beach and four destinations: Baltimore\/Washington (BWI),\u00a0Dallas\u00a0(Love Field), and\u00a0Nashville, bringing additional connecting or same-plane service to more than 50 cities, with added nonstop service to\u00a0Chicago\u00a0(Midway) beginning June 6, 2021. In its 50th<\/sup>\u00a0year of service, Southwest Airlines adds another of the 50 states to its network, bringing low fares to the state of\u00a0Montana\u00a0on May 27, 2021. The addition of\u00a0Bozeman\u00a0will connect Customers with\u00a0Big Sky\u00a0country, bringing faster access to\u00a0Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky Ski Resort, Custer Gallatin National Forest, and Montana State University. Southwest Customers may now book travel to fly nonstop between\u00a0Bozeman\u00a0and both\u00a0Denver\u00a0and\u00a0Las Vegas, and reach southern\u00a0Montana\u00a0from more than 50 other Southwest cities on same-plane or connecting service. In 2020, Southwest added new service to Hilo, Hawaii; Cozumel, Mexico; Miami; Palm Springs, Calif.; Steamboat Springs; and Montrose(Telluride), Colo., to connect Customers with places<\/a> and people they love. In 2021, Southwest began service to both Chicago (O’Hare) and Sarasota\/Bradenton on Feb. 14.
