Aviation International News (AIN) and Pro Pilot magazines recently released the results of their annual customer support surveys for 2021 for the business jet industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the third consecutive year, Dassault (OTC: DASTY<\/a>) Aviation was ranked \u201ctop\u201d in the AIN survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its industry leading \u201coverall average\u201d score was 8.7 (the highest for any company in the history of the survey), up from 8.3 in 2020. Dassault took top scores in parts availability, parts cost, AOG response, warranty fulfillment, technical manuals, and technical representatives. The company also earned a 9.2 mark for overall aircraft reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
