Alaska\u00a0Airlines 6937<\/strong>\u00a0flight review: My wife and I had to make a connection at the\u00a0Los Angeles\u00a0International Airport yesterday. We came in on\u00a0American Airlines, and were scheduled to depart out on Alaska Airlines.\u00a0The ticket was booked through the American Airlines website, with\u00a0the second leg operated by their partner Alaska Airlines. We had to take a shuttle bus to get to the connecting terminal in Los Angeles, only to find out that we were actually sent\u00a0to an American Airlines flight to Vancouver. We had to get back on the shuttle bus to be routed over to the correct location at Terminal 6. The flight boarded and departed as scheduled at 8:00\u00a0pm local time. Once again we had an aisle and middle seat booked, but asked if the window was still available in our row. The gate agent stated that that seat was taken, but offered us the aisle and window seat in the emergency exit row. This was a great upgrade for me, as it provided an abundance of extra legroom at no additional fee!\u00a0The flight was very quick, as we arrived into Vancouver about a half hour early. The service and crew was pretty good.<\/p>\n
