{"id":13196,"date":"2023-12-26T01:59:04","date_gmt":"2023-12-26T07:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=13196"},"modified":"2023-12-26T01:59:04","modified_gmt":"2023-12-26T07:59:04","slug":"south-african-airways-expands-partnership-with-sunexpress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=13196","title":{"rendered":"South African Airways expands partnership with SunExpress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Johannesburg, South Africa<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 South African Airways (SAA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SunExpress (a joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines), to support the national carrier\u2019s operations with four aircrafts in the 2024\/2025 financial year.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU is an add-on to the current six-month damp lease agreement, which was started in October this year and include the lease of two Boeing 737-800&#8217;s as well as maintenance and cockpit crew.
