Frontier Airlines representatives, along with Cleveland Director of Port Control Bryant L. Francis, C.M., and Bonnie Teeuwen, Chief Operating Officer, City of Cleveland, participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the occasion. The base is expected to employ up to 110 pilots, 250 flight attendants and 50 aircraft maintenance personnel within its first year of operation.
