{"id":15734,"date":"2026-09-07T23:54:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T04:54:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=15734"},"modified":"2026-09-07T23:55:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T04:55:26","slug":"qantaslinks-first-embraer-e190-arrives-in-perth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=15734","title":{"rendered":"QantasLink\u2019s first Embraer E190 arrives in Perth &#8211; Video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Story and image from Qantas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Perth, Western Australia, September 6, 2026 &#8211;<\/strong> QantasLink\u2019s first Embraer E190, VH-E9A, touched down in Perth today, marking a major milestone in the airline\u2019s fleet renewal program for its Western Australian resources charter operations.<\/p>\n<p>The aircraft started its 20-hour journey in Norwich, United Kingdom, making stops in Bulgaria, Tajikistan, India, Malaysia and Broome in Western Australia before touching down in Perth this morning.<\/p>\n<p>The 100-seat jet aircraft is the first of up to 14 mid-life E190s which will progressively replace QantasLink\u2019s F100 fleet, offering improved reliability, fuel efficiency and customer comfort.
