The changes would be great news for passengers, while creating both challenges and new opportunities for aerospace giants like\u00a0<strong>Lockheed Martin\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ticker\">(NYSE: LMT)<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Boeing<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"ticker\">(NYSE: BA)<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"canvas-atom canvas-text Mb(1.0em) Mb(0)--sm Mt(0.8em)--sm\" data-reactid=\"12\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The FAA intends to issue a formal proposal on new noise guidelines by December, according to a post on the White House&#8217;s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs website.
