Two Apple Creek men died Monday morning when the plane they were flying crashed in front of a house shortly after taking off from a nearby private airfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol believe one of the cargo plane\u2019s two engines failed, which may have caused the crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
