Frankfurt is just 1 of the\u00a03\u00a0new international destinations planning\u00a0to launch from the Silicon Valley airport this year.\u00a0The flights were suppose\u00a0to begin on April 29, but have been delayed until\u00a0July 1.\u00a0No\u00a0specific reasons was given for the delay, but the airline stated\u00a0&#8220;With the higher demand of summer\u00a0bookings, Lufthansa expects to extend the time for ticket sales&#8221;.
