American Airlines will pay all of\u00a0the costs associated with the gate\u00a0construction project, which are\u00a0estimated to be\u00a0between $55 million and $75 million. Construction of the new gates is\u00a0planned\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0completed by the end of\u00a02018, with the new\u00a0runway at the airport scheduled\u00a0to\u00a0open sometime in 2020.
