JetBlue Airways emblazoned its logo on to the iconic Pepsi-Cola sign that sits along the East River in Queens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it doesn’t fly with many New Yorkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move is part-advertisement and part-celebratory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JetBlue (NASDAQ: JBLU<\/a>), which is based in Queens, switched from Coca-Cola Co. to PepsiCo Inc. for its drink service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP), JetBlue applied for a permit for the temporary installation back in July. It was approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Aug. 14,\u00a0according to the New York Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
