He was most recently president and COO of GE Capital&#8217;s finance unit. Gentile has also held positions at McKinsey broadcasting company, CBS, and General Motors.\u00a0He\u00a0holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in economics, as well as a master&#8217;s degree in business administration from Harvard.
