The latest dispute at NetJets comes after\u00a0previous\u00a0cost cutting measures involving\u00a0pilots and flight attendants.\u00a0The issues involving the company\u00a0may effect other employees working in cabin\u00a0cleaning, catering, dispatching, fuel handling, maintenance, and stocking. Some\u00a0workers have been\u00a0waiting for more than 5 years for a new contract.<\/p>\n<h2>NetJets Business Model<\/h2>\n<p>NetJets, a unit\u00a0of Warren Buffet&#8217;s Berkshire Hathaway offers fractional ownership and charter flight services to corporate executives, wealthy individuals, and public figures. The company&#8217;s\u00a0customers pay from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to fly on the private\u00a0aircraft rather than on commercial airlines used by the public.\u00a0NetJets is looking\u00a0to replace its flight dispatchers with automation\u00a0software, as it\u00a0looks to\u00a0lower the\u00a0cost\u00a0of\u00a0maintenance\u00a0on its\u00a0aircraft. The company\u00a0placed the largest aircraft order in private aviation history\u00a0in 2012.
