{"id":8871,"date":"2020-10-25T23:32:47","date_gmt":"2020-10-26T04:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=8871"},"modified":"2020-10-25T23:33:52","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T04:33:52","slug":"jetblue-announces-update-on-negotiations-with-twu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/planesintheair.com\/?p=8871","title":{"rendered":"JetBlue Announces Update on Negotiations with TWU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>JetBlue (NASDAQ: <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/JBLU?p=JBLU&amp;.tsrc=fin-srch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JBLU<\/a>) today announced it has reached a tentative agreement with the Transport Workers Union (TWU), regarding the process toward a contract for JetBlue\u2019s inflight crewmembers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement is subject to a ratification process which includes final documentation, review, and consideration by JetBlue\u2019s TWU leadership team before being distributed to inflight crewmembers for a final vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ed Baklor, vice president inflight, JetBlue, said: \u201cWe are pleased to come to this tentative agreement and look forward to bringing the contract to a vote with our inflight crewmembers.
