JetBlue&#8217;s\u00a0growth comes on the heals of the announcement\u00a0of three new slots\u00a0recent award to the air carrier at Long Beach. JetBlue will also\u00a0increase its utilization of existing slots at the airport, increasing the number of nonstop cities served by one to twelve.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">JetBlue expanding to Reno, Nevada<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JetBlue will begin a new nonstop route from Long Beach to the northern Nevada city of Reno on the 15th of August with one daily flight. The flight will depart Long Beach at 12:15pm and arrive in Reno at 1:30pm operating as flight 42. The return service back will depart Reno at 2:15 pm and arrive back in\u00a0southern California at 3:40 pm.\u00a0As far as the increase in flight frequencies goes,\u00a0JetBlue will adding\u00a0daily flights on several of its current\u00a0routes to meet increased customer demand. These increased frequencies include more flights to\u00a0the Bay Area. The airline will add\u00a0one extra\u00a0daily flight to\u00a0San Francisco International Airport beginning on the 15th of\u00a0August, and an additional flight to\u00a0Oakland International Airport\u00a0beginning on the 16th of August. This will give JetBlue\u00a0four daily roundtrips to\u00a0both airports.
