Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) will be adding Alila, Destination, Joie de Vivre, Thompson and Tommie branded hotels to its list of offerings for upscale travelers. The agreement to acquire Two Roads Hospitality, which was announced yesterday, will help bolster Hyatt’s portfolio of hotels around the world.
