IAG is said to be looking to lease out an additional 6 used Airbus A380 superjumbo jets. The global aircraft leasing company already has 10 A380 aircraft that are currently on lease to British Airways, and 2 more waiting to be delivered by Airbus.IAG also has options to purchase more A380 aircraft, but has been quoted as stating that they feel the planes are too expensive, especially in the current environment of very low airline fuel costs.
