JCI Hospitality is building a new Hyatt Place Hotel on three acres of land leased from the city of Austin, near the airports existing Hilton. The groundbreaking for the new 139 room complex is scheduled for tomorrow, January 28, with the entrance located off of the main entrance road to the terminal. The hotel should be completed around the spring of 2017. Hyatt is the preferred hotel brand of my wife & I, by the way.
