Craft beer maker Stone Arch has announced it will be opening a new restaurant at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport this summer. It will be located at the site previously occupied by Chili’s, in Terminal 1, near the entrance to Concourse F. The restaurant will offer tap and bottled beers from across the state via a partnership with the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild. Stone Arch is the first new tenant for about 50 new retail spaces being opened in the main terminal by the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The airport is continuing talks with other retailers to add to the tenants in the new retail space.
